For employers

If you are hiring international engineers in Japan.

I can help explain a role in public or review how your hiring information reads to someone outside Japan. I do not sell candidate lists or act as a placement service.

A clear boundary

Readers apply to you, not through me.

Employer-supported work is clearly labeled. Role spotlights link readers directly to the employer’s own hiring process, and reporting is limited to aggregate engagement.

At launch, Seiji Support does not select candidates for employers, privately transmit candidate information, promise introductions, or charge placement success fees.

Two small ways I can help

Public role explainer

A clearly labeled explanation of one role: the team, work, language expectations, sponsorship position, and application route. It includes a hiring-team intake, one revision, placement on the site (and in the newsletter once it is live), and an aggregate engagement summary.

Job-page review

I read the job description and each application step as an overseas candidate would, then suggest clearer wording for language expectations, sponsorship, the work itself, and what happens after someone applies.

From ¥75,000scoped in advance

Pricing excludes consumption tax where applicable. Scope and compliance boundaries are agreed before any paid work.
