A clear boundary
Employer-supported work is clearly labeled. Role spotlights link readers directly to the employer’s own hiring process, and reporting is limited to aggregate engagement.
At launch, Seiji Support does not select candidates for employers, privately transmit candidate information, promise introductions, or charge placement success fees.

A clearly labeled explanation of one role: the team, work, language expectations, sponsorship position, and application route. It includes a hiring-team intake, one revision, placement on the site (and in the newsletter once it is live), and an aggregate engagement summary.
