Privacy Policy
Seiji Support is in a founding prelaunch. This policy describes the current static site and inquiry forms. It will be updated before paid checkout or a dedicated newsletter platform goes live.
Information collected
When you join the launch list, request a consultation, or send an employer inquiry, you may provide your name, email, location, professional experience, language level, employer details, hiring needs, goals, and the content of your message.
The hosting provider may process ordinary technical request data such as IP address, browser information, requested page, and timestamps for security and service operation. Seiji Support does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral analytics.
How information is used
- To respond to your inquiry or request
- To manage the founding newsletter list and send requested updates
- To assess whether a consultation or employer pilot is a suitable fit
- To operate, secure, and improve the service
- To meet applicable legal obligations and prevent misuse
Service providers
Forms are currently processed by Formspree. The website is hosted by Render. If paid services are enabled, payment information will be handled by Stripe; Seiji Support will not receive full card numbers. A newsletter delivery provider will be named here before migration from the launch list.
Sharing and employer access
Personal subscriber or consultation information is not sold to employers. Sponsored role spotlights use public content and direct interested readers to the employer’s own application process. Aggregate campaign information may be shared, such as total page visits or link clicks, without identifying individual readers.
Retention
Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain records, improve the service, or meet legal obligations. Launch-list information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to limited records needed to honor that request.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, or withdraw from the launch list, through the minimal privacy-request form. It asks only for a reply email, request type, and the information needed to locate the earlier submission. Identity may need to be verified before fulfilling a request.
International processing
Service providers may process data outside your country. Their own terms and privacy policies govern that processing. Do not submit highly sensitive personal information through the public forms.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Children
The service is intended for adults planning professional careers and is not directed to children.
Contact
Use the privacy-request form for data rights or launch-list removal. Use the consultation form only for career-session requests and the employer form only for business inquiries.
