Privacy Policy
This policy covers session inquiries, scheduling, and service delivery. Payment details are entered only on Stripe’s hosted checkout; do not send card details through this website’s forms.
Information collected
Session forms collect your name, email, time zone, Japanese level, situation and any optional deadline. Later correspondence may include information you choose to provide for scheduling and preparation. Stripe processes card details; Seiji Support may receive payment status and billing records but does not receive full card numbers.
The hosting provider may process ordinary technical request data such as IP address, browser information, requested page, and timestamps for security and service operation. Seiji Support does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral analytics.

Service providers
Forms are currently processed by Formspree. The website is hosted by Render. For paid services, payment information is handled by Stripe; Seiji Support will not receive full card numbers.
Retention
Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain records, improve the service, or meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted through the minimal privacy-request form. It asks only for a reply email, request type, and the information needed to locate the earlier submission. Identity may need to be verified before fulfilling a request.
International processing
Service providers may process data outside your country. Their own terms and privacy policies govern that processing. Do not submit highly sensitive personal information through the public forms.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Children
The service is intended for adults planning professional careers and is not directed to children.
