Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows are not refunded, except where required by law. If I cancel or cannot provide the session, choose a full refund or a new time. If a technical failure on my side prevents delivery, the same options apply. Refunds are initiated to the original payment method within five business days; your bank determines when they appear. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
