Before you request a session

How does booking work?

Send a short request. I’ll review the fit and suggest a time. Once the session and terms are agreed, the next step is a payment link followed by a meeting confirmation. A request is not a booking, and no payment is required to inquire.

What does the price include?

One 45-minute online session and the follow-up described on its service page. The displayed amount is the total service price in Japanese yen. Your bank may apply currency-conversion charges.

Will this guarantee an interview or a job?

No. Japanese sessions are language and communication practice. Career sessions offer education and planning, not recruitment, employer introductions, or legal or immigration advice.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Contact seiji@seijisupport.com to cancel or reschedule. With at least 24 hours’ notice before the agreed start time, choose a full refund or one free reschedule, subject to availability. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows are not refunded, except where required by law. If I cancel or cannot provide the session, choose a full refund or a new time. If a technical failure on my side prevents delivery, the same options apply. Refunds are initiated to the original payment method within five business days; your bank determines when they appear. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Tell me what you’re preparing for.

Tell me your situation and time zone. I’ll check whether I can help and suggest a time. After we agree on the session and terms, I’ll send a payment link, then the meeting confirmation after payment. No payment is required to inquire.
