Taxes, where applicable, and any other charges will be shown before purchase.

Payment and delivery

When enabled, online payments are planned to be processed by Stripe. Consultation scheduling will follow payment and intake confirmation. The written action plan is planned for delivery within 24 hours after the session. Digital newsletter access is planned to begin promptly after successful subscription.

Cancellation and refunds

Final policies will be presented before payment. The intended consultation policy will allow rescheduling with reasonable advance notice and will address provider cancellation, late cancellation, and no-shows. Digital subscription cancellation will stop future renewal while preserving access through the paid period, subject to applicable consumer law.
