Terms of Use

These terms cover this website, public resources, and one-to-one services. Session requests are reviewed for fit before a time and payment deadline are agreed. A request is not a booking. The scope, total price, delivery, and cancellation terms shown before payment apply to that booking.

Educational scope

Seiji Support provides general career education and individualized career-strategy discussion. It is not a recruitment or employment-placement service, and it does not guarantee interviews, offers, visas, relocation, salary, or employment outcomes.

No professional legal, immigration, tax, or financial advice

Public information may help you identify issues to verify, but it is not a substitute for official authorities or a qualified professional who has reviewed your circumstances. Immigration and employment rules can change.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when requesting a service.
• Verify material decisions with employers, official sources, and qualified advisers as appropriate.
• Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service.
• Do not republish paid or substantial copyrighted material without permission.

Articles and external links

Articles are prepared in good faith from experience and cited sources. The market and linked websites can change after publication. External services are responsible for their own content and availability.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, original site copy, branding, tools, and articles belong to Seiji Support. You may link to public pages and quote short portions with attribution. Other reuse requires permission.

Availability and changes

The service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. These terms may be updated as products and infrastructure develop. Material terms for a paid purchase will be the terms shown when that purchase is made.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Seiji Support is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on general information, third-party services, employer decisions, immigration outcomes, or use of the site. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Contact seiji@seijisupport.com to cancel or reschedule. With at least 24 hours’ notice before the agreed start time, choose a full refund or one free reschedule, subject to availability. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows are not refunded, except where required by law. If I cancel or cannot provide the session, choose a full refund or a new time. If a technical failure on my side prevents delivery, the same options apply. Refunds are initiated to the original payment method within five business days; your bank determines when they appear. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
